1. Qué es Daily Report
Daily Report (dailycleanreport.com) es un servicio en línea para compañías de limpieza residencial. Sus limpiadoras llenan un reporte de cada visita desde el celular y el dueño de la casa lo recibe por correo, traducido a su idioma. Al registrarte o usar el servicio aceptas estos términos.
2. Quién puede usarlo
El servicio es para compañías y personas que dirigen un negocio de limpieza, mayores de 18 años. La persona que registra la compañía declara que tiene autoridad para aceptar estos términos en su nombre.
3. Tu cuenta y tus links
Cada compañía recibe un link privado a su panel y cada limpiadora un link personal. Trátalos como contraseñas: no los publiques ni los compartas fuera de tu compañía. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con ellos. Si crees que alguien más tiene tu link, escríbenos y lo cambiamos.
4. Tus datos y tus clientes
Tú decides qué información de tus clientes, casas y personal registras en Daily Report, y eres responsable de tener su permiso para hacerlo, para tomar fotos dentro de sus casas y para enviarles reportes por correo. No subas información que no tengas derecho a usar. Los datos siguen siendo tuyos; nosotros solo los usamos para darte el servicio, como explica nuestra Política de privacidad.
5. Prueba gratis, planes y pagos
Cada compañía nueva tiene 30 días de prueba gratis sin tarjeta. Después, el servicio requiere un plan mensual pagado con tarjeta a través de Stripe, al precio publicado en la página de venta al momento de contratar. El cobro se renueva cada mes de forma automática. Si un cobro falla, podemos pausar el envío de reportes hasta que se actualice el método de pago. Podemos cambiar los precios avisándote con al menos 30 días de anticipación.
6. Cancelación y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde "Administrar mi plan" en tu panel. La cancelación toma efecto al final del periodo ya pagado y hasta entonces sigues usando el servicio. No hacemos reembolsos por meses parciales ni por la cuota de inicio, salvo que la ley lo exija.
7. Uso permitido
No uses Daily Report para enviar spam, contenido ilegal, ofensivo o engañoso, ni para acosar a nadie. No intentes acceder a datos de otras compañías, dañar el servicio o copiarlo. Podemos suspender una cuenta que no cumpla estas reglas.
8. Traducciones automáticas
Los reportes se redactan y traducen con inteligencia artificial y las notas de voz se transcriben de forma automática. Pueden contener errores. Revisa la información importante y no dependas solo del reporte para asuntos de seguridad, daños o reclamaciones.
9. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que el servicio esté siempre disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones, fallas de internet o de proveedores externos. El servicio se ofrece "tal como está", sin garantías de ningún tipo más allá de las que exija la ley.
10. Límite de responsabilidad
En la medida que permita la ley, Daily Report no es responsable de daños indirectos, pérdida de ganancias o de datos. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación no superará lo que nos pagaste en los 3 meses anteriores al hecho.
11. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el servicio cuando quieras. Podemos terminar o suspender tu cuenta si incumples estos términos o si dejamos de ofrecer el servicio; en ese caso te avisaremos con anticipación razonable para que puedas guardar tu información.
12. Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Si el cambio es importante te avisaremos por correo o en tu panel. Seguir usando el servicio después del cambio significa que lo aceptas.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, Estados Unidos.

Terms of Service

1. What Daily Report is
Daily Report (dailycleanreport.com) is an online service for residential cleaning companies. Their cleaners fill out a report of each visit from their phone, and the homeowner receives it by email, translated into their language. By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
The service is for companies and people who run a cleaning business and are at least 18 years old. The person who signs up a company confirms they have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Your account and your links
Each company gets a private link to its panel and each cleaner a personal link. Treat them like passwords: do not post them or share them outside your company. You are responsible for what is done with them. If you think someone else has your link, write to us and we will change it.
4. Your data and your clients
You decide what information about your clients, homes and staff you enter in Daily Report, and you are responsible for having their permission to do so, to take photos inside their homes and to email them reports. Do not upload information you have no right to use. Your data remains yours; we only use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Free trial, plans and payments
Each new company gets a 30-day free trial with no card required. After that, the service requires a monthly plan paid by card through Stripe, at the price shown on the sales page at sign-up. Billing renews automatically every month. If a payment fails, we may pause report delivery until the payment method is updated. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from "Manage my plan" in your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep using the service until then. We do not refund partial months or the setup fee, unless the law requires it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Daily Report to send spam or illegal, offensive or misleading content, or to harass anyone. Do not try to access other companies data, harm the service or copy it. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. Automatic translations
Reports are written and translated with artificial intelligence, and voice notes are transcribed automatically. They may contain errors. Check important information and do not rely only on the report for safety, damage or claims.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service always available, but there may be outages, internet failures or third-party provider issues. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daily Report is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 3 months before the event.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; in that case we will give you reasonable notice so you can save your information.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell you by email or in your panel. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
